Automotive Service Advisor Duties:

If you are interested in Automotive Tire & Service Sales, and ready to take the challenge, Big O Tires may have the opportunity for you! This can be a full or part time position. If you have a sales experience, automotive knowledge, and are highly committed to delivering the best service experience to our guests, we would like to talk with you. As part of our BIG O Team, you will spend most of the day working directly with our automotive service technicians and our guests, advising them on their vehicle's tire, maintenance, & alignment service needs. The position focus is on enhancing the customer experience, building loyalty, and maximizing sales.

SALES RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales of tires, maintenance, & alignment services Achieve a thorough knowledge of all products, services, warranties and maintenance issues. Make customer calls daily. Assist in receiving or transferring goods and maintenance of the inventory including unloading trucks and warehouse stocking. Maintain showroom merchandise. Follow all safety practices as outlined in policy and procedures. Building Customer Satisfaction & Loyalty by providing the best guest experience Performing Tire & Service Installation & Repairs Job Requirements Demonstrated 2-3 years of sales experience and retail background is a plus! Knowledge of and some automotive experience Valid CA driver's license required.
