Job Description
We are looking for an experienced, dependable RV & Generator Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience diagnosing, repairing, and servicing RVs, generators, and related electrical and mechanical systems. Responsibilities Diagnose and repair RV mechanical and electrical systems Diagnose, service, and repair RV generators Perform routine maintenance and inspections Troubleshoot starting, charging, fuel, cooling, and electrical issues Work on engines, cooling systems, fuel systems, batteries, and wiring Perform repairs on RV appliances and auxiliary systems when qualified Accurately document inspections, diagnostics, repairs, and parts used Perform road tests and verify repairs Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area Qualifications Previous RV, automotive, diesel, or generator repair experience preferred Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills Ability to troubleshoot electrical systems Ability to use diagnostic tools and equipment Must have your own basic hand tools Reliable transportation and dependable attendance Ability to work independently and as part of a team Must be able to lift, bend, kneel, and work in various positions as required What We're Looking For We want someone who takes pride in their work, pays attention to detail, can diagnose problems instead of simply replacing parts, and is committed to providing quality repairs and good customer service. Experience with RVs, Proven mechanic experience with generator operation and automotive repair; dealership experience is highly preferred. Must have own tools and a valid and CLEAN CDL, class A is a plus but not needed. Knowledge of generators, electrical systems, and older motorhomes is a major plus!
