Your responsibilities will include:

Greeting and serving guests in a friendly and professional manner Performing oil changes and preventative maintenance services Checking fluids, filters, tire pressure, and other vehicle maintenance items Learning Oilstop's 33-point service process Communicating clearly with guests and teammates Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment Completing training and certifications to develop your skills and increase your earning potential What We're Looking For You don't need automotive experience. We're looking for people with the right attitude and willingness to learn.

Successful candidates should:

Be dependable and punctual Enjoy working as part of a team Be comfortable working outdoors in different weather conditions Be able to stand, kneel, bend, and move throughout the workday Be able to lift up to 50 pounds Be willing to learn and complete Oilstop's certification program Be able to communicate effectively with guests and teammates Be available to work Saturdays as part of their regular schedule Candidates must also be able to meet our pre-employment and onboarding requirements.
