L&S Motorwerks is a locally owned and growing automotive repair shop looking for a motivated Automotive Technician to join our team. We are currently a European-focused specialty shop and are expanding our capabilities to include Asian and Domestic vehicles, along with opening a second location. This is an exciting time to join our team as we continue to grow and build the future of L&S Motorwerks. About the Role As an Automotive Technician, you'll be responsible for diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing vehicles while delivering high-quality workmanship. You'll work hands-on in the shop, using your technical skills and experience to ensure every vehicle is serviced safely, efficiently, and correctly. This position offers opportunities to continue developing your technical skills through hands-on experience, training, and exposure to a variety of repair procedures.
Responsibilities:
Perform maintenance and repair services on customer vehicles. Diagnose vehicle issues using diagnostic equipment and technical resources. Complete inspections and identify necessary repairs. Perform routine maintenance. Repair and replace components such as brakes, suspension parts, sensors, and other vehicle systems. Test vehicle systems and components to verify proper operation. Follow manufacturer procedures, repair manuals, and industry best practices. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace. Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient workflow and quality repairs.

Qualifications:
Strong mechanical skills and attention to detail. Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot vehicle issues. Automotive experience preferred. Experience using All Data, ShopWare, Solera Basic computer skills Valid Driver's License required.
