Modern office setting Growth opportunities Master Brake and Muffler is looking for a skilled Automotive Mechanic to maintain and repair vehicles. You will be responsible for troubleshooting issues and fixing them aiming to maximum reliability and functionality. Qualifications A minimum of 1 year of experience as an Automotive Mechanic High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license Clean driving record Must pass a pre-employment drug test Ability to use hand tools, including power tools Be a team player Ability to read and understand technical documents and manuals Maintain a clean driving record Job Responsibilities Test vehicles, ability to diagnose and repair automotive issues. Inspect vehicle engine and mechanical components to diagnose issues accurately Conduct routine maintenance work (replacing fluids in lubrication systems, lubricating parts etc.)aiming to vehicle functionality and longevity Schedule future maintenance sessions and advise owners on recommended repairs Repair or replace broken or dysfunctional parts and fix issues (e.g. leaks) Provide accurate estimates (cost, time, effort) for each repair Maintain equipment and tools in good condition Welding exhaust systems Master Brake and Muffler is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
