We're a high-volume import specialist here in Folsom, working on Honda, Acura, Toyota, and Lexus, with more volume than some dealers. But that volume isn't just handed to you off a call sheet like it would be at a dealership. You build it, and when you do, it's yours. And people notice when you build it. Our customers don't just leave five-star reviews. They ask for our advisors by name because they trust the person across the counter to tell them what's actually going on and walk them through it. That's the standard we hold, and it's why we run the shop in a way that backs you up instead of slowing you down. If handing someone a menu and letting the tech sort out the rest sounds like your speed, this probably isn't the right fit. We're looking for real service advisor experience, import background is a plus, and someone who leads at the counter instead of just taking orders. High integrity is non-negotiable. And you should be motivated to grow and produce results without someone pushing you to do it.
