We can teach you the automotive side of the business. What we're looking for is someone who is naturally great with people. If you've worked in restaurants, hospitality, retail, wireless sales, hotels, customer service, or another fast-paced customer-facing environment, you may already have many of the skills needed to succeed in this position. What You'll Do As a Customer Service & Sales Advisor, you will be one of the main points of contact between our customers and our technicians.

You will:

Greet customers and make them feel welcome Listen carefully to customer concerns Communicate repair and maintenance recommendations Present estimates and help customers make informed decisions Follow up with customers by phone, text, and email Keep customers updated while their vehicle is being serviced Coordinate with technicians and the rest of the service team Help schedule appointments and manage workflow Recommend maintenance and repairs when appropriate Build long-term relationships with customers Make sure customers receive excellent service from beginning to end You May Be a
