Responsibilities The Automotive Technician is responsible for accurately diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining vehicles to the highest dealership and manufacturer standards while ensuring optimal vehicle performance and customer satisfaction. Diagnose and repair complex mechanical, electrical, and electronic concerns. Perform advanced repairs and maintenance to Porsche standards. Accurately document all diagnostics, repairs, and services. Complete repairs efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards. Collaborate with the Service Team to ensure timely workflow. Support and mentor technicians with technical expertise.
Qualifications Porsche Bronze & Silver Certified Technicians :
Minimum 2 years of professional Porsche technician experience required.
Porsche Gold Certified Technicians:
Minimum 3 years of professional Porsche technician experience required. ASE and other manufacturer certifications preferred. Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills. High-producing, efficient, and detail-oriented. Commitment to quality, teamwork, and exceptional customer service. Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record. Compensation Estimated hourly flagging production rate ranges by Porsche certification level:
Bronze:
$35
  • 42/hour
Silver:
$45
  • 55/hour
Gold:
$58
  • 63/hour Please keep in mind that this range may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location.
