Pay/Years of experience breakdown:

A Level:

7-10+ years of experience Up to $65 an hour

B Level:

2-7 years of experience Up to $45 an hour

Tire Tech/C Level:

6 months-2 years of experience Up to $32 an hour Physical Requirements Ability to frequently stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, and reach throughout the workday. Ability to occasionally lift, carry, push, or pull more than 50 pounds. Ability to safely work on vehicles using automotive lifts and in confined spaces. Manual dexterity to safely operate hand tools, power tools, diagnostic equipment, and computers. Ability to operate vehicles, including those equipped with manual transmissions. Ability to maintain a productive work pace in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work in varying environmental conditions typical of an automotive repair facility. Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
