What You'll Do:

Welcome customers with professionalism, warmth, and confidence Clearly communicate service recommendations, timelines, and costs Prepare accurate repair estimates and obtain proper work authorizations Upsell parts, services, and accessories with product knowledge and trust Maintain a strong understanding of vehicle systems and manufacturer service schedules Build lasting customer relationships through honesty and top-tier service Work collaboratively with technicians and service teams to ensure timely repairs Uphold the highest standards of integrity and customer care

What We're Looking For:

5+ years of Automotive Service Advisor experience (REQUIRED) Strong written and verbal communication skills Bilingual in English and Spanish is a big plus! Polished, professional appearance and demeanor Proven track record of customer satisfaction and performance Valid California Driver's License Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail A team player with a positive, can-do attitude
