Can accommodate other jobs or work you have. Perfect for semi retired or people wanting flexible hours and part time work. We have maintenance schedules on our wall and keep them online. Basics like LOF, Brakes, filters, Tire Rotation, Radiator Drain/Flush, Belts, Hoses, Battery checks expected. Ability to diagnose and change starters, pumps, alternators, transmission fluid, differential helpful. Work mostly will be done evenings and weekends. Part time. 5-15 hours a week You will inspect vehicles and follow maintenance schedules. Hoping you can identify problems before they happen and be proactive with our fleet repairs. Our Hesperia facility has a nice warehouse and room. Turn in work you did, mileage, date and vehicle. Simple. Maintenance sheets also online. Occasional projects, like installing back up cameras, dolly racks, roll up door repairs. Stable person is a must. If you have substance or attendance issues of any kind this won't work. Freedom yes, but you need to be stable, responsible. You also need to be able to work alone and communicate the work you've done to us for billing. Want committed people. 35 year old family company. This means shopping for parts, planning, organizing, is $25 and rate times for the jobs you do. We can agree with you on shop rate times before we begin. Example, an oil change takes about an hour and would be $25 + $25= $50. Front brakes twice that. We take vehicle readiness and safety seriously, we are willing to invest in that.
