Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine automotive maintenance tasks, including oil changes, tire rotations, and filter replacements
- Assist with general automotive repairs and services as needed
- Utilize power tools and hand tools to complete tasks efficiently and accurately
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Experience:
- Previous experience as a lube technician or in a similar automotive role is preferred
- Some mechanical knowledge and understanding of automotive systems
- Familiarity with dealership procedures and standards is a plus
- Proficient in using power tools and hand tools for automotive repair and service
- Ability to perform basic automotive diagnostics to identify issues
- Excellent customer service skills to interact with customers in a professional manner
