This role is essential in providing exceptional service to our customers while assisting with various tasks related to car wash and detailing services. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer satisfaction and possess skills in cleaning, buffing, and janitorial duties. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist them with inquiries regarding car wash services and detailing options. Provide information on service offerings, including cleaning, buffing, window tinting, and other related services. Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly and effectively. Maintain cleanliness in the work area, ensuring that all equipment is properly stored and organized. Assist with driving vehicles to and from the wash area as needed. Perform custodial tasks to uphold a clean environment for both customers and staff. Collaborate with team members to enhance service efficiency and quality. Requirements Previous experience in customer service is preferred, particularly in a car wash or detailing environment. Familiarity with cleaning techniques, buffing procedures, and janitorial practices is highly desirable. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage positively with customers. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required for driving duties. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
