LAX CDJR
is looking for an experienced Master Automotive Technician to join our growing service department. We are seeking a highly skilled diagnostic technician who can handle complex repairs, electrical concerns, drivability issues, and major mechanical work with confidence. Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram (CDJR) experience is strongly preferred, but not required. We are open to experienced Master Technicians from other manufacturers and dealership backgrounds who have strong diagnostic and repair abilities. Responsibilities Diagnose and repair complex mechanical and electrical concerns Perform engine, transmission, drivetrain, suspension, steering, brake, and HVAC repairs Diagnose check-engine lights, drivability concerns, electrical issues, and intermittent problems Perform manufacturer-recommended maintenance and repairs Accurately document diagnostic findings and completed repairs Work closely with Service Advisors and management to ensure repairs are completed correctly and efficiently Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow dealership and manufacturer repair procedures Help maintain a high standard of workmanship and customer satisfaction Qualifications 5+ years of professional automotive technician experience preferred Master Technician or equivalent high-level diagnostic experience CDJR / Stellantis experience preferred, but NOT required Experience with another major manufacturer or dealership group is welcomed Strong electrical and diagnostic skills Ability to perform advanced mechanical repairs ASE certifications preferred Manufacturer certifications are a plus Must have your own professional technician tools Valid driver's license and clean driving record Ability to work independently and accurately diagnose vehicles What We're Looking For We want a technician who is more than a parts changer.
