About the Position... The Truck Loan Service Specialist I is an onsite position at our Irvine, CA, location and does not have remote opportunities. The Truck Loan Service Specialist I (TLSS I) is responsible for following all Bank/department policies and procedures. The TLSS I prepares and reviews truck loan documents and completes the loan boarding and callback. Also responsible for insurance tracking, file maintenance, loan payment processing, GPS installations/removals/client scheduling. Prepare and review departmental reports, payoff requests, DVM Title Processing and other duties as assigned. The TLSS I is also responsible for assisting the Special Assets and Truck Servicing Manager, the Sr. Truck Loan Servicing Specialist, the Truck Division Manager and other department leaders with additional assignments and/or projects as needed. The TLSS I will perform all duties accurately, timely, efficiently, and according to Bank policies, procedures and regulatory guidelines. About You... You are a self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit who thrives in a team environment.
You also have the following:
Education/Certification:
Bachelor's Degree in a related field preferred or High School Graduate with some college and/or comparable experience.
Required Knowledge:
Knowledge of Truck Servicing Department policies and procedures. Basic understanding of banking regulations, standard banking practices and loan documentation.
Experience Required:
Minimum of 2 years' banking experience or combined education and comparable experience.
Skills/Abilities:
Strong communication skills. Professional appearance, dress and attitude. Good math skills. Ability to use Microsoft Office software package. Ability to operate standard office equipment including computer, adding machine, copy machine, fax machine, and telephone.
