Responsibilities Perform comprehensive diagnostics using automotive diagnostic tools and schematics to identify issues accurately. Repair and maintain various vehicle systems including powertrain, transmission, suspension, electrical wiring, and ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems). Interpret automotive wiring diagrams and schematics to troubleshoot complex electrical problems efficiently. Conduct vehicle maintenance services such as oil changes, brake repairs, alignment, and tire rotations to ensure safety and performance. Repair vehicle suspension systems, powertrain components, and transmission systems with precision. Utilize hand tools and power tools safely to complete repairs efficiently while adhering to safety standards. Provide excellent customer service by explaining repairs clearly and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the service process. Qualifications Proven mechanic experience with dealership or automotive repair shop background preferred. Strong familiarity with automotive diagnostics tools and electrical systems. Knowledge of ADAS technology, vehicle wiring diagrams, and electronic control modules. Mechanical knowledge across various vehicle components including powertrain, transmission, suspension, and electrical systems. Hands-on experience with GM vehicles or similar brands is a plus but not required. Ability to interpret schematics and automotive wiring diagrams accurately. Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, and automotive diagnostic equipment safely and effectively. Excellent customer service skills with a proactive attitude toward problem-solving.
