We are looking for an experienced and motivated Commercial Fleet Service Advisor to join our dealership service team. This position will be responsible for managing relationships with commercial and fleet customers, coordinating vehicle maintenance and repairs, and ensuring fleet accounts receive exceptional service from write-up through completion. The ideal candidate is organized, professional, customer-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced dealership environment. Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for commercial and fleet customers. Build and maintain strong relationships with fleet accounts and business customers. Write accurate repair orders and document customer concerns and requested services. Coordinate vehicle inspections, diagnostics, repairs, maintenance, and delivery. Communicate repair recommendations, estimates, timelines, and status updates to fleet customers. Obtain appropriate authorization before performing additional repairs or services. Coordinate closely with technicians, parts, warranty, and management to keep fleet vehicles moving efficiently. Monitor open repair orders and follow up on vehicles that are delayed or awaiting parts/authorization. Ensure fleet customers receive timely and professional communication throughout the repair process. Maintain accurate documentation and comply with dealership and manufacturer procedures. Assist with managing fleet service schedules and prioritizing vehicles based on customer needs. Identify additional maintenance and repair opportunities while maintaining a customer-first approach. Handle customer concerns professionally and work toward prompt resolution. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment. Qualifications Previous automotive service advisor experience required ; commercial or fleet experience strongly preferred. Dealership experience preferred. Strong knowledge of automotive maintenance and repair services. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to manage multiple fleet accounts and repair orders simultaneously. Strong organizational and follow-up skills. Ability to communicate effectively with technicians, customers, parts personnel, and management. Professional appearance and demeanor. Strong computer and dealership management system skills. Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
