What You'll Do:

Greet and assist customers with service needs in a friendly, professional manner Accurately write repair orders and explain service recommendations Communicate between customers and technicians to ensure transparency Identify additional needed services and provide clear, confident upsells Maintain excellent CXI and build long-term customer relationships Work collaboratively with technicians and fellow advisors in a team-driven shop

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience as an Automotive Service Writer or Advisor (Toyota/Lexus experience preferred but not required) Strong communication, customer service, and sales skills Familiarity with DMS systems such as R&R Team player with a positive, can-do attitude Strong work ethic and desire for career growth

$5,000.00 - $15,000.00 per month
