Position Overview:
The Automotive Service Technician is responsible for diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing a variety of vehicles with accuracy and efficiency. This position requires strong mechanical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate clearly with both teammates and service advisors. Available shifts
Morning Shift:
7:30 AM - 4:30
PM Afternoon Shift:
9:00 AM - 6:00 PM Monday through Friday or Tuesday through
Saturday Key Responsibilities:
Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on domestic and import vehicles. Accurately identify mechanical and electrical issues and recommend proper solutions. Document all work performed on repair orders in a clear and organized manner. Communicate effectively with the service advisor regarding repair findings, estimates, and timeframes. Test and verify repairs to ensure quality workmanship. Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area. Use shop equipment and tools properly and responsibly. Stay up to date with the latest repair techniques and service technology.
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of professional automotive repair experience Or Completion of an accredited Automotive Service Technician Certification program (ASE, trade school, or equivalent). Strong diagnostic, mechanical and electrical skills with a broad understanding of vehicle systems. Ability to use diagnostic tools and software. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented. Professional appearance and conduct required.
