Base Hourly Rate of pay: from $22.00 - $45.00. Production Rate will be base on Certifications and/or experience. North Hollywood Toyota (TNH) is seeking for experienced Certified Automotive Technician to enhance our current Service department's growth. We are seeking for a detail oriented multitask and energetic candidate to join our team. TNH offers a position work environment and encourages internal promotions. As a Certified Automotive Technician, you'll be responsible for managing repairs and follow work order for all operations listed. You'll operate with variety of hand and power tools. You will be the leading support to our Service team. This is a full-time role in which you'll report to the Service Manager. You must be willing to work onsite at the North Hollywood Toyota office. What you'll do as a Certified Automotive Technician? Perform the work on each repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership, state and factory standards Address the customer's primary concern with diagnosis, repair and quality control to attain Fixed First Visit expectations Perform the KG Electronic Multi-Point Inspection on every vehicle Notify the Service Advisor immediately if the car has more problems than you thought, less than you thought, or if those problems are going to take up more time than you thought Master our Dealer Management System (Reynolds) for timekeeping, work distribution, electronic inspections, repair quotes and communication Ace your assigned factory-sponsored training classes Maintain knowledge of all factory technical bulletins Leave no trace in a customer's car by keeping it clean Understand federal, state and local regulations Qualifications What we look for in our Certified Automotive Technician? Minimum of two (2) years of experience Toyota Manufacture Certification Required Must have a valid driver's license and be eligible for coverage under Garage Liability policy (Not an excluded driver) ASE certification preferred General mechanical skills Must be able to lift fifty (50) pounds Attention to detail and accuracy Problem solving and decision-making skills Ability to work independently or in a team environment Ability to meet or exceed Performance Competencies Benefits What do we offer?
