This shop is clean, organized, well-positioned, and growing fast. The current opportunity is for a technician who can help raise the level of production, turn work efficiently, use repair information and diagnostic tools properly, and bring A-player pace to a shop with significant untapped capacity. The shop works heavily with European and luxury vehicles, including Land Rover, Range Rover, Jaguar, Porsche, BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, Rolls-Royce, and other premium makes. If you are strong diagnostically, efficient with your time, and serious about producing quality work in a clean independent shop, this is a strong opportunity. What You'll Be Doing Diagnose drivability, electrical, mechanical, suspension, brake, engine, and vehicle performance concerns Perform high-quality repairs on European, luxury, and general repair vehicles Use repair information, diagnostic procedures, scan tools, and available shop resources efficiently Complete work accurately and quickly without unnecessary teardown or wasted motion Document findings clearly so advisors can communicate with customers and sell needed work Help increase throughput, reduce carryover, and support a growing high-volume operation Maintain a clean, organized, professional work area What We're Looking For Strong automotive technician, diagnostic technician, A-level technician, European technician, or luxury vehicle technician background Experience with Land Rover, Range Rover, Jaguar, Porsche, BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, or similar vehicles is a major plus Ability to diagnose correctly and produce efficiently Strong mechanical, electrical, drivability, and repair process discipline Professional, organized, reliable, and self-motivated Willingness to use repair information and follow efficient procedures No-drama, no-ego approach with pride in workmanship Valid driver's license Why This Shop Stands Out Established Sherman Oaks repair facility with history dating back to 1977 Clean, organized, professional shop environment European and luxury vehicle focus with strong customer demand Growing operation with room for additional top technicians Opportunity to be part of a team being upgraded for the next level of production Leadership that wants technicians funded properly and focused on doing great work How to Apply If you are an Automotive Technician, Diagnostic Technician, A-Level Mechanic, European Technician, or Luxury Vehicle Technician who wants a clean shop, strong opportunity, and serious growth potential, we would like to speak with you.
