BR RACING

is seeking an experienced Senior European Automotive Technician to join our team. Porsche experience is highly preferred , although we welcome experienced technicians with strong backgrounds in BMW, Audi, Mercedes-Benz, MINI, Ferrari and other European or exotic vehicles.

BR RACING

is a full-service European automotive, performance and motorsports facility. We provide everything from routine service and advanced diagnostics to performance upgrades, track preparation and motorsports support, as well as vintage and specialty vehicle restoration. Our technicians have the opportunity to work on an exceptional variety of vehicles—from daily-driven European cars to Porsche GT cars, performance builds, exotics, vintage vehicles and track-prepared cars . Compensation & Benefits Compensation:

$35

• 60 per hour, based on experience, technical ability and qualifications.

Our compensation range reflects the different levels of experience we consider for this position. Highly experienced technicians with strong Porsche, European, diagnostic, performance or motorsports experience will be considered at the upper end of the range.

Depending on your experience, your work may include: Advanced mechanical and electrical diagnostics Routine and major maintenance Engine and drivetrain repairs Suspension, steering and braking systems Performance upgrades and modifications Porsche and European vehicle diagnostics and troubleshooting Pre-purchase and comprehensive vehicle inspections Track preparation and post-track inspections Performance suspension setup and related work Vintage and specialty vehicle service and restoration Accurate documentation of diagnostic findings, recommendations and completed repairs Technicians with the appropriate experience may also have opportunities to participate in motorsports preparation and track support . What We're Looking For We are looking for an experienced European automotive technician who can independently diagnose, service and repair vehicles to a high professional standard.

The ideal candidate will have:

Professional experience servicing and repairing European vehicles Porsche experience highly preferred Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities Ability to independently perform comprehensive mechanical repairs and maintenance Experience with modern diagnostic equipment and vehicle electronics Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship Strong organization and time-management skills Ability to accurately document diagnostic findings, recommendations and completed repairs Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively with service advisors and other technicians Professional, dependable and positive team-oriented attitude Strong work ethic and ability to meet deadlines in a busy shop environment Genuine interest in European, performance and specialty automobiles Personal hand tools appropriate for an experienced technician Valid driver's license and good driving record Experience with Porsche GT vehicles, track preparation, motorsports, performance modifications, Ferrari/exotic vehicles or vintage European vehicles is a significant plus.
