We're a busy, growing shop, and we want someone who takes pride in clean installs, professional workmanship, and delivering a great customer experience. As our Tinter, you'll handle full‑vehicle tint jobs from start to finish — prepping the glass, cutting film, installing with precision, and making sure every car leaves the bay looking sharp. You should already be comfortable working with heat‑shrink techniques, plotter cuts or hand‑cutting, and know how to manage different film types. We value people who work clean, stay organized, and communicate well with both the team and customers.

What You'll Do:

Install automotive window tint on a variety of vehicles with consistent, high‑quality results Prep vehicles by cleaning and inspecting glass surfaces Use plotter software or hand‑cutting skills to cut film accurately Heat‑shrink and apply film with professional tools and techniques Perform quality checks to ensure a flawless finish Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area Occasionally assist with related shop tasks (PPF, vinyl, detailing) if needed Provide friendly, simple explanations to customers about tint options and aftercare
