Envision Motors of Milpitas is seeking an experienced Lead Technician to join our team at our dealership in Milpitas, California. As a full-time Used Car Lead Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing and performing repairs on all types of used vehicles brought into our service center. We are seeking an individual with a strong work ethic, attention to detail and a passion for the automotive industry. Compensation & Benefits:

This is a full-time, individual contributor position with a salary range of $40 to $55 per hour, paid semi-monthly. Responsibilities:

Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues in ALL vehicles Perform routine maintenance services such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections Use diagnostic tools and equipment to accurately identify and troubleshoot problems Communicate with service advisors and customers to explain repairs and recommendations Maintain a clean and organized work area Adhere to dealership and manufacturer safety protocols and procedures

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent Minimum of 4 years of experience as an automotive technician, preferably in a dealership setting Must have own tools Strong knowledge of automotive systems and components Ability to interpret and follow technical manuals and diagrams Excellent communication and customer service skills Valid driver's license and clean driving record Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time Must be able to pass a background check and drug test
