Service Technician:

Perform accurate diagnosis, repair, and maintenance on Audi vehicles Complete multi-point inspections and provide service recommendations Deliver high-quality repairs to minimize comebacks Ensure compliance with manufacturer guidelines and processes Communicate with clients on complex diagnosis and solutions Keep work area organized, clean, and safe Attend ongoing Audi training to maintain certification and stay up to date with the latest technologies Maintain detailed records and reports Stay current on manufacturer technical bulletins Requirements/Qualifications•

Service Technician:

Audi Academy certification OR previous Audi repair experience preferred Technicians with strong European import experience who are willing to become Audi certified are encouraged to apply 3+ years of automotive repair experience preferred Strong diagnostic, electrical, and drivability troubleshooting skills Ability to perform quality repairs efficiently while maintaining attention to detail ASE certifications are a plus EV/Hybrid experience or certifications are a plus Professional-grade tools required Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
