Fremont CDJR is hiring Automotive Technicians NOW. We have immediate openings in our Service Department and are looking for experienced, productive technicians who are ready to work and make money. If you're a good technician and you're not getting enough hours, don't have enough work, or feel like you've hit a ceiling at your current shop, we want to talk to you.

Chrysler / Dodge / Jeep / Ram technicians Stellantis-trained technicians ASE-certified technicians Diagnostic technicians Electrical technicians Heavy-line / engine technicians Transmission technicians General automotive technicians Experienced independent-shop technicians ready to move into a dealership CDJR/Stellantis experience is highly desirable, but we will consider strong technicians from other manufacturers and independent repair facilities.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Diagnose and repair customer vehicles accurately and efficiently Perform maintenance, brakes, suspension, steering and mechanical repairs Diagnose electrical and drivability concerns Perform engine and other major mechanical repairs based on skill level Complete customer-pay and warranty repairs Perform thorough vehicle inspections Properly document diagnosis and repairs Communicate with Service Advisors and management Follow manufacturer procedures and dealership policies Maintain a clean and safe work environment

REQUIREMENTS

Automotive repair experience Strong mechanical and/or diagnostic ability Valid driver's license Dependable and professional Ability to work efficiently in a busy dealership environment Dealership experience preferred but not required ASE and manufacturer certifications are a plus

TOOLS & COMPENSATION

Technicians who are required to provide and maintain their own customary hand tools and equipment will be compensated in accordance with applicable California wage-and-hour requirements. Compensation may be structured on an hourly and/or flat-rate basis, as applicable, and will comply with California wage-and-hour requirements.
