Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Lube Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive repair and maintenance, with the ability to perform oil changes, tire services, and vehicle alignments. This role requires mechanical knowledge and hands-on experience with various automotive tools and equipment. As a Lube Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction through quality service and effective communication. Responsibilities Perform routine oil changes and fluid checks to maintain vehicle performance. Conduct tire services including rotations, alignments, and replacements. Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for various maintenance tasks. Diagnose automotive issues using appropriate diagnostic equipment. Provide exceptional customer service by communicating clearly about services performed and recommended maintenance. Assist in heavy lifting of automotive parts and equipment as needed. Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency. Collaborate with other technicians to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.
