We are expanding our team and seeking experienced Tire and Lubrication technicians who share our values of integrity, hard work, and dedication to delivering exceptional customer service! As a tight-knit, family-run facility, we pride ourselves on providing a unique and personalized experience for every customer, and we're looking for like-minded individuals who are passionate about their craft and committed to excellence. Our team is built on a foundation of trust, respect, and open communication, and we strive to create an environment that is both challenging and rewarding for our employees. Responsibilities Show up to work on time and ready for work. Punctuality is critical to meeting customer's needs. Perform multipoint inspections with exceptional attention to detail. Repair and Replace tires, wheel and components related to them properly and efficiently. Balance tires and Align customer's vehicle to proper specifications. Document vehicle component malfunctions and recommendations. Perform routine preventative maintenance including oil changes, transmission service, differential service, etc. Execute transparent communication to ensure proper repairs, testing, estimating and teamwork are completed Test drive vehicles Maintain a clean, organized and safe work enviornment Self motivated and ready to learn Requirements
MUST HAVE TIRE TECHNICIAN EXPERIENCE
Dependable transportation ASE certification is perferred but not required if you have a proven track record of diagnostic experience Experience with alignment and tires Accurate Diagnostic Testing is a MUST Benefits Pay is
DOE Major Holidays Paid Free Lunch Every Friday Employee Discounts Pay:
$17.00 - $20.00 per hour
