Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Lube Technician to join our automotive service team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in vehicle maintenance and repair, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service. As a Lube Technician, you will be responsible for performing oil changes, tire services, and other routine maintenance tasks to ensure the safety and reliability of our customers' vehicles. Responsibilities Perform oil changes and fluid level checks to maintain vehicle performance. Conduct tire services including rotations, balancing, and repairs. Utilize hand tools and equipment safely and effectively for various automotive tasks. Maintain accurate records of services performed and customer interactions. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and offering recommendations for vehicle maintenance. Assist in sales of automotive products and services to enhance customer satisfaction. Keep work area clean and organized, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Stay updated on automotive service techniques and industry trends to improve skills. Requirements Proven experience in automotive service or repair is preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to diagnose issues effectively. Familiarity with hand tools and equipment used in vehicle maintenance. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor. Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team. Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing technologies in the automotive field. High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in automotive repair are a plus.
