About you:
Successful completion of an automotive technical training course (UTI, Wyotech, Community College, etc.) a plus but not required. Factory Hyundai Certification a plus but not required to apply. A.S.E. certifications a plus but not required to apply. Must have a valid driver's license in good standing. Must be able to pass a background and drug screening. Be a person of integrity, strong personal character, and have the desire to excel.

We encourage and reimburse for successful passing of Automotive Service Excellence testing (both new certifications and re-certifications). Paid factory advanced training available as well.
Pay Scale:
The Technician Position has a Pay Scale governed by a Union contract with 10 different classifications. A copy of the Union contract is available upon request. Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of between $20.48 and $40.88. The position also may pay a production bonus based on individual or team performance that may range from $0.00 (if baseline benchmarks are not met) without any fixed upper limit.
