All About Fun RV - Ramona, CA All About Fun RV is looking for a highly mechanically inclined individual to join our team. We are a small, growing RV repair business, and we're looking for someone who has the potential to become a well-rounded RV technician . Previous RV experience is definitely a plus, but we're willing to train the right person . We're more interested in finding someone who can think mechanically, troubleshoot problems, work with their hands, and learn quickly than someone who simply has "RV technician" on their résumé. RV repair involves a little bit of everything — electrical, plumbing, appliances, HVAC, carpentry, mechanical repairs, solar/battery systems, fabrication and diagnostics — so we're looking for someone who enjoys figuring things out and isn't afraid to learn something new. The person we're looking for should: Be very mechanically inclined and a strong problem solver Have experience working with tools and repairing/building things Be able to learn new systems quickly Be dependable and take pride in their work Be comfortable working independently once trained Have good communication skills and work well with customers and coworkers Have a valid driver's license RV, automotive, electrical, HVAC, construction, fabrication or similar experience is a big plus, but not required About Us We're not a large dealership or corporate repair facility . All About Fun RV is a small, locally owned business, and we operate much more like a family than a big company . We're looking for someone who wants to become part of that environment and grow with us. If you're already an experienced RV technician, we'd love to talk to you.
