What You'll Be Doing Fixing Cars Right:
Hands-on wrenching, routine maintenance, complex mechanical repairs, and powertrain/suspension work on all makes and models .
Tackling High End Euros:
Working on modern European vehicles (BMW, Audi, Mercedes, Porsche, Volvo, etc.) as we actively push further into the high-end Euro market. Finding the
Problem:
Digging into real diagnostic work using modern scanners, schematics, and wiring diagrams. Telling the Story (Tekmetric): We use Tekmetric to run the shop. You'll perform Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVIs) with clear photos and videos to show the customer exactly what's going on—no guesswork, just full transparency. (Big bonus if you already know Tekmetric, but if not, no worries—it's super easy to learn).
Owning Your Work:
Documenting what you find and being clear about what a car actually needs—no upselling BS. Holding Down the
Bay:
Using shop tools, diagnostics, and equipment like a pro while keeping a clean, safe workstation. What We're Looking For Pride in
Your Craft:
You care about the quality of your work—no hack jobs or cutting corners.
Proven Experience:
You've spent real time in a shop and know your way around a toolbox, a scanner, and complex systems. Euro Background (Huge Plus): Experience with European makes is a massive bonus, but a willingness to learn high-end Euro tech is an absolute must.
Tech-Savvy:
Comfortable taking photos/videos for inspection reports and using shop management software.
Team-First & Growth Mindset:
You show up for your crew, handle responsibility, like learning new things, and want to step up as we expand.
Solid Character:
Reliable, honest, easy to work with, and holds a valid driver's license.
