Responsibilities Assist technicians in performing diagnostic and repair tasks on various Audi vehicle models. Utilize express software systems to support service workflow and vehicle maintenance processes. Prepare vehicles for delivery by performing multi-point inspections and quality checks. Maintain organization of tools, parts, and service documents within the service department. Communicate effectively with technicians, service advisors, and customers to ensure seamless service operations. Follow all safety and environmental regulations during service procedures. Requirements Certification from ASE Certified Training, ASE Certifications, or equivalent Military certifications Previous experience in an automotive service environment preferred. Familiarity with automotive diagnostic software and tools. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks. Effective communication skills and a customer-focused attitude. Ability to lift and move automotive parts as needed.
