Job Summary We are seeking for a skilled and dedicated Automotive Mechanic(s) to join our team at

CS AUTOWORKS.

The ideal candidate is responsible for diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing a wide variety of company fleet vehicles and equipment to ensure operational reliability and safety. This role requires the ability to perform complex mechanical work and a strong understanding of modern automotive systems. The ideal candidate must be certified or have past experienced of at least C to B technician level , demonstrating knowledge and practical experience with light, medium, and/or heavy-duty vehicles.

C-Level:

Basic Maintenance :

Performing oil changes, filter replacements, and fluid level checks.

Brake & Tire Work :

Installing and adjusting brakes, balancing and aligning wheels, and replacing tires.

Minor Repairs :

Fixing or replacing worn or broken parts, installing optional equipment, and performing basic diagnostics.

Vehicle Inspection :

Inspecting and testing new vehicles, checking for obvious defects, and performing road tests.

B-Level:

Perform C- Level repairs and suspension, steering, cooling, and HVAC systems without supervision .

Diagnose:

Diagnose the cause of most vehicle malfunctions, using technical knowledge and diagnostic tools, with minimal supervision.

Troubleshooting:

Conduct standard engine performance diagnostics and repairs, including tune-ups and drivability issue troubleshooting.

Major Repairs:

Replace or repair transmissions, differentials, or other major vehicle components as required.

Electrical:

Carry out electrical and electronic system diagnostics and repairs, such as sensor replacement, wiring repairs, and electrical troubleshooting. Test drive vehicles to verify repairs and ensure safety and compliance with standards. Duties Diagnose and repair automotive systems including powertrain, electrical, and mechanical components. Work on Fleet preventative maintenance and vehicle inspection. Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections. Utilize hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment to complete repairs accurately. Interpret schematics and technical manuals to troubleshoot vehicle issues effectively. Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols. Provide excellent communication with the service writers. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of repairs.

Requirements:

2 years+ experience in the automotive repair industry. Valid driver's license Strong mechanical knowledge of automotive systems and components. Proficient in vehicle maintenance practices and automotive repair techniques. Experience working with fleets is preferred but not required. Familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in automotive repair. Ability to understand and interpret automotive schematics for troubleshooting purposes. Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
