This role is for someone who knows how to run a service desk— communicate with customers, build estimates, present recommendations, gain approvals, and keep workflow moving. If you're currently employed but frustrated by poor systems, inconsistent car count, lack of support, or unnecessary chaos , we may be a better fit.
