We are looking for a skilled automotive technician with 5+ years of experience who takes pride in their work and wants to be part of a professional, well-run shop. We're looking for someone who can diagnose, think critically, and perform quality repairs . What You'll Do Perform vehicle inspections and accurate diagnostics Use scan tools, multimeters, and service information systems Repair and maintain vehicles (brakes, suspension, engine, cooling, electrical, etc.) Diagnose drivability and check engine light concerns Provide clear recommendations based on findings Maintain a clean and organized work environment What We're Looking For 5+ years of automotive technician experience (required) Strong understanding of vehicle systems and repair procedures Proven diagnostic ability (electrical and drivability preferred) ASE certifications are a plus (A1-A8, L1 preferred but not required) Experience with Asian vehicles (Honda, Toyota, Lexus, Acura, Nissan, Subaru) preferred Reliable, productive, and team-oriented What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience and skill level Consistent workflow, no shortage of work Clean, organized, professional shop Supportive team environment Opportunity for growth and advancement Monday-Friday schedule About Us Asian Autoworks is a trusted shop in Simi Valley focused on quality work, honest service, and long-term relationships with both customers and employees.
