Responsibilities Perform comprehensive diagnostics using automotive electrical systems and schematics to identify issues accurately. Conduct repairs on various mechanical systems including engines, transmissions, suspension, brakes, shocks & struts, and powertrain components. Execute routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire service, wheel alignments, and vehicle inspections to uphold safety standards. Utilize automotive diagnostics tools to troubleshoot complex problems efficiently and effectively. Read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and repair procedures to ensure precise repairs aligned with manufacturer specifications. Provide excellent customer service by explaining repairs clearly and ensuring vehicle performance meets quality standards. Skills Proven dealership experience with a strong understanding of automotive repair processes. Skilled in mechanical systems repair, suspension system repair, and wheel alignment procedures. Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, diagnostic equipment, and welding techniques required for automotive service tasks. Experience working with GM vehicles or similar brands is advantageous. Ability to read schematics accurately and apply mechanical knowledge to complex repairs. Strong customer service skills combined with auto estimating experience for transparent communication with clients.
