Job Description

We are seeking a dependable and motivated individual to support routine vehicle maintenance and help ensure every customer leaves with confidence in the care their vehicle received. What You'll Do Perform basic vehicle maintenance services, including oil and fluid changes, filter replacements, and lubrication tasks Inspect vehicles for routine service needs and communicate findings to the service team Check tire pressure, top off fluids, and complete multi-point inspections as assigned Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Follow company procedures, safety guidelines, and manufacturer recommendations Provide courteous, professional service to customers and team members Document completed work accurately and notify leadership of any concerns or additional service needs What We're Looking For Previous experience in automotive maintenance or quick-service repair is helpful, but not required Ability to learn and follow standard service procedures Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Good communication and teamwork skills Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to use hand tools and shop equipment Must be able to lift, bend, stand for extended periods, and perform physically active tasks What We Offer Training and development opportunities A supportive team environment Opportunities to grow your skills in automotive service Competitive compensation based on experience and qualifications Additional Information Pay We value reliability, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic. Pay The Lube Tech Position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of between $20.00 and $25.00. The position also may also pay a production bonus based on individual or team performance that may range from $0.00 (if baseline benchmarks are not met) without any fixed upper limit.
