Giant Chevrolet of Visalia is accepting applications for a Service Salesperson. The Service Salesperson helps customers with the maintenance and repair of their vehicle. He/she writes repair orders in accordance with the Bureau of Automotive Regulations and Manufacture guidelines and follows up with customers with progress reports, informing customers of needed repairs and presenting the value of preventative maintenance. When service is complete, the Service Salesperson provides the customer with a complete explanation of charges and work performed as well as the future needs of the vehicle. The ideal candidate has some sales or customer service experience, a valid driver's license, and good computer skills. Candidates must be able to work productively in a fast-paced team environment and must have a positive attitude, professional appearance, great communication skills, and the ability to deliver world class customer service.
