FMS Auto Performance is hiring a skilled Automotive Technician to join our growing shop. We work on everything from daily drivers to performance builds, so this role is perfect for someone who knows how to diagnose, repair, and move with purpose. Responsibilities Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues using scan tools and hands-on testing Perform maintenance: oil changes, brakes, fluids, inspections Repair engines, transmissions, suspension, cooling systems, and more Complete work efficiently while maintaining high quality Inspect vehicles and recommend needed repairs Maintain accurate repair orders and notes Communicate with team members about vehicle status and needs Keep workspace clean and organized Requirements Proven experience as an Automotive Technician Strong diagnostic and repair skills Experience with electrical systems and troubleshooting Ability to work independently and efficiently Valid driver's license Preferred (Not Required) ASE certifications Performance or aftermarket experience Experience with Subaru, Honda, Toyota, BMW, Ford, Hyundai, Mitsubishi, VW Welding, fabrication, or alignment experience Why Work at FMS?
