Responsibilities Greet customers and provide professional, friendly service Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle symptoms and repair requests Prepare and present repair estimates Clearly explain technician findings and recommended repairs Obtain customer authorization for repairs Maintain communication with customers throughout the repair process Follow up on estimates, declined services, and recommended repairs Coordinate workflow between customers and technicians Order and source parts as needed Keep repair orders accurate and properly documented Schedule appointments and manage incoming phone and online inquiries Help maintain strong customer satisfaction and shop productivity Qualifications Automotive service writing/advising experience preferred Good understanding of automotive repair and maintenance Strong customer service and communication skills Comfortable presenting and selling needed repairs Professional phone and in-person communication Strong organization and follow-through Ability to handle multiple customers and repair orders in a busy environment Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented Basic computer skills and ability to learn shop management software Join us in delivering exceptional automotive care by combining your technical expertise with outstanding customer service!
