Position 1 (Master Automotive Technician) Qualifications & Requirements You have 20 + years' experience working for an Auto Dealership or Independent Automotive Shop You have a Valid California Driver's License and clean driving record You are an Automotive A-Technician proficient in Diag & R&R You are industry proficient in Gasoline and Diesel Autos & Trucks You are ASE Master Certified Technician. You have all ASE Certifications

Standard Hourly Rate for Master Tech is $40-45 depending on skill level and years' experience (Negotiable) Position 2 (A - Automotive Technician) Qualifications & Requirements You have 10 + Years working for an Auto Dealership or Independent Automotive Shop You have a valid California Driver's License and clean driving record You are proficient in using hand tools, power tools and other mechanical repair tools. You have a strong ability to follow state and county automotive regulations You can lift heavy objects and work on your feet for extended periods You have a desire to improve and train for the next level You are industry proficient in

Transmission Services:

You are R&R proficient in fluid exchange and filter replacements

Suspension & Steering Components & Systems:

You are R&R proficient in struts, shocks, minor suspension or steering components

Ignition & Fuel Systems & Components:

You are R&R proficient, most starters, alternators, batteries, fuel filters, spark plugs, and ignition coils

Cooling Components & Systems:

You are proficient in all hoses, thermostats, and fluid exchanges. Standard Hourly Rate for C-Tech $20-25 depending on skill and years' experience Position 5 (Lube Technician) Entry Level No experience necessary. Will train right candidate You have some knowledge of hand tools You have a valid California Driver's License and clean driving record You have a strong ability to follow state and county automotive regulations You can lift heavy objects and work on your feet for extended periods You have a desire to improve and train for the next level Oil Changes Vehicle Inspections Tire Rotation Standard Hourly Rate for Lube Tech $17
