Job Description

Job Summary As a Ford Mobile Service Technician, you will bring dealership-quality service directly to our guests. Driving a fully equipped van, you will independently execute maintenance, light repairs, warranty work, and recall services at guest homes, workplaces, and fleet hubs. Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance and minor diagnostic/repair work off-site, including oil changes, tire rotations and replacements, brake service, battery testing and installation, wiper replacements, and multi-point inspections Perform active Ford safety recalls, software updates, and module programming using Ford diagnostic equipment (FDRS/IDS) Operation, maintenance, and organization of the assigned Ford Mobile Service vehicle, ensuring inventory, specialized tools, fluid extraction units, and safety equipment are properly stocked and maintained Serve as the primary face-to-face contact for guests. Explain services performed, answer technical questions, and uphold a high standard of professional service Utilize dealership management systems (DMS) and mobile service dispatch software to manage daily appointments, log repair orders, process payments, and document vehicle multi-point inspection results digitally Strict adherence to Ford factory standards, local safety guidelines, environmental hazardous material disposal protocols, and safe driving practices Qualifications 2 years of a clean driving record (required) Ford experience is a plus Valid ASE Certifications are a strong plus Strong mechanical knowledge and diagnostic skills Outstanding time-management, problem-solving skills, and independent work ethic Excellent communication and guest service skills Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality workmanship Benefits We offer one of the most competitive Benefits packages in the industry to all full-time team members as well as part-time team members who are deemed eligible based on a minimum hours requirement.
