We're looking for a motivated, fast-moving A or B level Technician to jump in and keep up with the demand. This isn't a place where you'll sit around waiting for cars. If you can hustle, flag hours, and change parts quickly, you'll thrive here.

What You'll Do:

Crank out quality work fast

• we need someone who can move with urgency and precision Perform part replacements and general repairs
• brakes, suspensions, alternators, radiators, etc. Conduct thorough Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVIs)
• spot what's needed and communicate it clearly Work efficiently without cutting corners
• quality and speed go hand-in-hand here Be a team player
• keep the flow going and help us say YES to more customers

What We're Looking For:

3+ years of hands-on experience in general automotive repair Able to accurately diagnose concerns efficiently A strong work ethic and a mindset to run after the work, not wait for it Familiarity with DVIs and shop workflow (we'll train on our systems) ASE certifications a plus, but not required Why America's Auto & Tire?
