Arvada Motorsports is a fast-growing independent automotive repair shop in Arvada, Colorado. We're looking for an experienced Automotive Technician with strong diagnostic and repair skills to join our team. Experience working with Chevrolet and GM vehicles—especially Corvettes—is highly preferred, although qualified technicians from all automotive backgrounds are encouraged to apply. Competitive pay based on experience Generous sign-on bonus Consistent, year-round workload Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM-5:00 PM No weekends Professional, team-oriented work environment Opportunity to grow with a rapidly expanding independent shop Quality-focused workplace with an established reputation in the community What We're Looking For Several years of professional automotive repair experience Chevrolet or GM experience strongly preferred Corvette experience is a major plus Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities Experience with mechanical, electrical, drivability, and powertrain repairs Ability to interpret wiring diagrams, technical information, and repair procedures Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Valid driver's license and appropriate tools ASE certifications are a plus but not required Responsibilities Perform comprehensive vehicle inspections and diagnostics Accurately identify mechanical, electrical, and drivability concerns Complete routine maintenance and general automotive repairs Diagnose and repair engine, cooling, steering, suspension, brake, electrical, and transmission-related systems Perform powertrain, alignment, and chassis-related repairs as experience permits Use diagnostic equipment, hand tools, and power tools safely and effectively Review wiring diagrams, technical service information, and repair procedures Document findings, recommended repairs, and completed work clearly Communicate effectively with service advisors regarding vehicle needs and repair progress Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area Stay current with evolving automotive technology, including ADAS and modern vehicle electronics At Arvada Motorsports, we believe good technicians deserve to be respected, supported, and compensated for the skills they bring to the shop.
