Approximately 70% of the role focuses on diagnostics and advanced repair, including electrical, drivability, and complex mechanical concerns. The position includes paid training, professional diagnostic equipment, and consistent workflow in a 12-bay independent repair facility. Key Responsibilities Diagnose electrical, drivability, and mechanical concerns Perform advanced automotive diagnostics and complex repairs Repair steering, suspension, cooling, electrical, and other mechanical systems Complete Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVI) using Tekmetric Perform automotive maintenance and general repair services as needed Diagnose and repair primarily Domestic and Asian vehicles Qualifications 5+ years of professional automotive technician experience Strong automotive diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting skills Experience performing complex mechanical repairs Experience with steering, suspension, cooling systems, and pressure testing Own professional automotive tools Independent repair shop experience preferred Compensation & Benefits $40
