About the Role As an Automotive Maintenance Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring vehicle safety and performance for our customers. You will utilize your technical expertise to perform essential maintenance tasks, contributing to a seamless service experience and high customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Execute routine vehicle maintenance, including oil changes and fluid exchanges, to keep customer vehicles running smoothly. Conduct thorough visual safety and courtesy inspections to identify potential maintenance needs. Provide expert tire services, including mounting, balancing, and rotation, to ensure optimal road safety. Perform critical component replacements such as batteries, belts, and hoses to prevent vehicle breakdowns. Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient shop environment to support high-quality service delivery. Collaborate with team members to optimize shop productivity and ensure timely service completion. Qualifications Required Skills Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 75 lbs, standing for long periods, bending, and reaching. Strong commitment to safety protocols and detail-oriented work habits. Proven ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative team. Preferred Skills Prior experience in an automotive service or repair environment. Willingness to pursue and obtain ASE certifications with company support. A proactive, coachable mindset with a strong desire for professional growth in the automotive industry.
