In this energetic role, you will diagnose, repair, and service a wide range of vehicles, ensuring optimal performance and safety for our valued customers. Your mechanical skills and automotive knowledge will be the backbone of our service department, helping us deliver top-tier automotive service with precision and enthusiasm. This paid position offers a fantastic opportunity to grow your career in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Duties Diagnose and repair vehicle automotive systems. Perform repairs listed on repair order following shop policies and procedures. Safely perform test-drives on vehicles while using diagnostic tools and other equipment. Communicate directly with the Service Advisor if any additional service is needed. Provide an estimate of time and cost needed for any additional repairs. Basic shop cleaning and following compliance of safety rules set forth by the shop.
Job Requirements:
High School diploma or equivalent Trained automotive experience and/or experience on import vehicles and/or Subarus Ability to read and comprehend oral and written language Knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance Possess your own automotive tool set/tool box Must have reliable transportation Must possess a valid driver's license and a decent driving record (copy of MVR required)Skills/Qualifications:
Adequate knowledge of all makes/models. Subarus and performance parts is a plus. Ability to identify and solve problems quickly Excellent customer service skills Effective diagnosis and communication skills Team environment Controls a well-organized and clean work environment Reading, writing, computer, and mathematics skills Ability to learn new technology, procedures, and specifications Must be able to handle interruptions and multitaskCompensation:
Hourly • Pay is based on level of general and Subaru-specific experience and any certifications •Benefits:
