Key responsibilities of a lube tech: Oil changes: Draining old engine oil and replacing it with new oil according to manufacturer specifications.

Fluid level checks:

Monitoring and topping off other fluids like brake fluid, power steering fluid, and windshield washer fluid.

Tire rotations:
