•Blue Chip Repair, LLC is seeking an experienced A-Level European / Exotic Automotive Technician to join our growing team in Englewood, Colorado. We specialize in the service, maintenance, repair, and care of high-end European, exotic, and performance vehicles. We are looking for a highly skilled technician with extensive diagnostic and mechanical experience who takes pride in precision, craftsmanship, and working on exceptional vehicles. Porsche experience is highly preferred , including experience with both classic and modern models, but we are equally interested in technicians with strong backgrounds across European and exotic marques such as Ferrari, Lamborghini, McLaren, Aston Martin, Bentley, Audi, BMW, Mercedes-Benz, and other high-performance vehicles. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

European & Exotic Vehicle Maintenance and Repair Perform advanced diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on European, exotic, luxury, and high-performance vehicles. Diagnose complex mechanical, electrical, drivability, and electronic issues using manufacturer-specific and aftermarket diagnostic equipment. Perform routine and advanced maintenance, including brakes, suspension, cooling systems, fluid services, engine maintenance, and other scheduled repairs. Complete complex mechanical repairs including engine, transmission, drivetrain, suspension, electrical, and performance-related work. Work confidently on both modern vehicles and older/classic European automobiles. Follow manufacturer specifications and Blue Chip quality standards for all repairs and services. Accurately document diagnostic findings, recommended repairs, and completed work. Maintain a high standard of workmanship, efficiency, and attention to detail. Technical Leadership & Shop Support Serve as a technical resource for other members of the service team. Assist with troubleshooting complex or difficult diagnostic issues. Help mentor and develop less-experienced technicians when appropriate. Collaborate with the Service Director and Service Manager to manage workflow, efficiency, and repair quality. Perform quality-control inspections as needed. Maintain a clean, organized, professional, and safe work environment. Customer & Service Team Communication Clearly communicate technical findings and repair recommendations to service advisors, management, and customers when appropriate. Provide knowledgeable recommendations regarding maintenance, repairs, and long-term vehicle care. Help ensure estimates and recommendations accurately reflect the work necessary to properly service and repair each vehicle.

QUALIFICATIONS

Experience 5+ years professional experience as an automotive technician, preferably at the A-Level or Master Technician level. Strong experience servicing European, exotic, luxury, and/or high-performance vehicles . Demonstrated ability to independently diagnose and repair complex mechanical and electrical issues. Experience with Porsche vehicles is highly preferred , particularly technicians familiar with both classic/air-cooled and modern Porsche platforms. Experience working with multiple European or exotic manufacturers is strongly preferred. Previous experience in a high-end independent shop, specialty repair facility, or manufacturer dealership environment is a plus. Technical Skills Advanced diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities. Strong knowledge of engine, transmission, drivetrain, suspension, braking, electrical, and vehicle-control systems. Ability to perform complex mechanical repairs accurately and efficiently. Experience using manufacturer-specific diagnostic equipment and software. Porsche PIWIS experience is highly preferred. Ability to research technical information and confidently work across multiple vehicle platforms. Strong attention to detail and commitment to performing repairs correctly the first time. Certifications Manufacturer-specific or factory training/certifications are highly preferred. Porsche factory training or certifications are a significant plus. ASE certifications, including ASE Master Technician certification, are preferred but not required for the right candidate. Professional Qualities Exceptional troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities. Strong work ethic and personal accountability. High standards for quality and craftsmanship. Organized, efficient, and able to manage multiple repair projects. Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team. Genuine enthusiasm for European, exotic, classic, and performance automobiles.
